Lula Women’s Helpline is a Canadian non-profit organization that provides non-crisis emotional support to women across Canada. We aim to reduce feelings of isolation and promote emotional wellness, amongst women throughout all stages of their life. Our goal is to reduce the onset of mental health challenges turning into a crisis.
Services Offered
We provide:

Information about relevant community services

Referrals (non-crisis) to third-party supports
We do not offer crisis counseling, therapy, medical advice, or emergency assistance.
Third Party Service(s)
We use Tawk, a third-party live chat service, to deliver real-time support. By using our chat, you also agree to Tawk’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available here.
Languages Supported
Our services are available in English and French, depending on responder availability.
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous, reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, high traffic, or technical issues.
Your Information
You are not required to share personal information. If you choose to disclose identifying or sensitive data, it will be:
