Accessibility Statement
LULA Women's Helpline is committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and accessible environment for all women seeking emotional support.
Our services are delivered through an online chat platform namely TAWK, allowing women to connect with trained volunteers in a private and supportive space. We recognize that chat-based communication can offer greater accessibility for individuals who are Deaf, hard of hearing, have speech-related disabilities, experience social anxiety, or simply prefer written communication.
We are committed to treating every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion. LULA Women's Helpline strives to identify and remove barriers to accessibility and to provide services that are responsive to the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), we are committed to promoting accessibility and inclusion in our programs, services, and communications.
If you experience difficulty accessing our website or services, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, we encourage you to contact us. Your feedback helps us create a more accessible and supportive experience for everyone.
At LULA Women's Helpline, we believe every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and valued.
